Application of Cationic Petroleum Resin Sizing Agent In Sack Paper Production

This paper concerned about the practice on sack paper production line using cationic petroleum resin which replaced the traditional rosin as neutral sizing agent.The sizing process was optimized by a series of experiments on various sizing conditions.The abnormal condition occurring in the manufacturing process when using the new neutral sizing agent was analyzed,furthermore possible measures could be taken to solve the problem were established.Economic benefit derived from the new sizing system was finally evaluated.
