摘    要:在相关工程实际的基础上,提出一种解决通电高压线下桩井控制爆破的新技术,主要采取中空孔直线掏槽为爆破提供自由面及补偿空间,并且采取延期时间在50~60 ms的非电起爆系统增加岩石的破碎程度及提高起爆的安全性防止早爆事故,最后利用特制的防护罩进行防护,极大地减少了危害性,经综合比较其经济效益较好,值得推广且为其他类似工程提供了很好的技术支撑.

Abstract:A new technology of pile-well controlled blasting under electrifying hi-line is put forward based on engineering practice, which offers free face and compensation space by hollow hole parallel cut. Besides, the application of non-electric initiation system setting the delay time between 50ms and 60ms improves the rock fragmentation degree and initiation security against premature explosion. A tailor-made shield is used at last to reduce the perniciousness tremendously. After comprehensive comparison, a conclusion is that it's worth to pronaote and provides well technical support for other similar engineering for its good economic benefit.
