外加声场微小流化床中A类与C类颗粒流化的数值模拟

摘    要:文章基于多相流欧拉模型,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件Fluent 6.3,在有无外加声场的情况下,分别对A类与C类颗粒在微小流化床(内径10mm,床高60 mm)中的颗粒分布进行了数值模拟,得到了一系列的固含率云图.模拟结果发现,在通入气体的初始阶段,C类颗粒流化出现了活塞流现象;加上声场后,上述现象消失.无声场时A类颗粒床层有较大气泡;引入声场后气泡变小.引入声场使得C类颗粒与A类颗粒有相似的固含率云图.

Abstract:Based on multiphase Euler model, the numerical simulation of group A and C par/icles is carried out in the micro-scale fluidized bed (inner diameter is 10 ram, height is 60 mm) with or without acoustic assistance, by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software Fluent 6.3. Obtained a series of contours of solid volume fraction. Simulation results show that C particles appeared the phenomenon of piston flow when the gas was passed; Above the phenomenon is disappeared with the sound field. Group A particles have a greater bubbles without acoustic assistance; Bubbles become smaller after the introduction of the sound field. Group A and C parlicles have similar contours of solid volume fraction with acoustic assistance.
