槲蕨中水溶性多糖提取条件的优化

摘    要:以水为提取剂,提取槲蕨中的水溶性多糖.分别考察了提取温度、提取次数、提取时间、料液比4个因素对水溶性多糖提取率的影响.实验结果表明,槲蕨中水溶性多糖的最佳提取工艺为:温度60℃、料液比1∶50、提取次数3次、浸提时间90min.

Abstract:Water as the extraction solvent, extracting the water-soluble polysaccharide Drynaria. Were investigated extraction temperature, extraction times, extraction time, solid to liquid ratio of four factors on the rate of water-soluble polysaccharide. Experimental results show that the optimum extraction of water-soluble polysaccharides Drynaria: temperature 60℃C, solid-liquid ratio 1: 50, extracting 3 times, extraction time 90 min.
