| 摘 要： | 按照业务特性可以将移动增值业务分为通信类、交易处理类和内容类。包括现在已有和规划中即将出现的移动数据业务在内,通信类可划分为人与人、人与设备、设备与设备间的通信;交易处理类则有移动商品销售、移动银行和移动保险等应用;内容类应用广泛,主要的特殊应用包括移动特殊信息业务、移动办公室和移动企业资源调配等。
