刘湾水厂滤池反冲洗水回用试验研究

摘    要:为了回收利用刘湾水厂的滤池反冲洗水,取适量滤池反冲洗水为试验水样,分别进行自然沉淀和混凝沉淀试验,测定当上清液浊度低于水厂原水浊度时的静沉时间以确定回收方法和所需混凝剂的种类及其最佳投加量,并通过生产性试验进行验证.通过试验得出:应采用混凝沉淀方法回收滤池反冲洗水,最佳混凝剂为聚合氯化铝铁,最佳投加量为5 mg/L,所得回用水量为反冲洗水量的97.14%.

Abstract:In order to recycle the filter backwash water in Liuwan water works,the natural and coagulating sedimentation tests were respectively carried out on the appropriate amount of backwashing water through filters.Gauged was the sediment time when the turbidity of supernatant was lower than that of raw water to define the recovery method,the needful variety of coagulant and the optimum dosage,which were tested by the production-oriented experiment.The test results revealed that the coagulating sedimentation must be adopted to recycle filter-washing water with the optimal coagulant of PAFC(polymeric Aluminum-ferric chloride) and the optimum dosage of 5 mg/L,and the recycled water was 97.14% of the backwashing water.
