摘    要:针对页岩气水平井开发水力多段压裂作业产生的返排液数量多,添加剂、悬浮物含量高的环保技术难题,以再利用为目标,严格控制引入干扰离子,保留有效成分,去除有害成分,开发了压裂返排液复合混凝-过滤-吸附净化处理及配液工艺。将该工艺在涪陵页岩气示范区焦页2号和57号等23个平台进行了推广应用,累计处理压裂返排液7万余m3,重复利用率大于93.5%;配制的降阻水压裂液性能满足压裂作业要求,实现了节能减排和页岩气的绿色开发。

Abstract:Aiming at the environmental protection technical problems,including high flow?back fluid quantity,and high contents of additive agent and suspended solids,resulted from hydraulic multi?staged fracturing operation in shale gas horizontal well development,taking reuse as the target,the fracturing flow?back fluid combined with coagulation-filtration-adsorption purification treatment and the liquid preparing processes have been developed by strictly controlling the introduction of interference ions, retaining active ingredients and removing harmful ingredients. The process is popularized and utilized on 23 platforms in Fuling shale gas demonstration zone,such as Jiaoye No. 2,No. 37,etc. More than 70 000 m3 of fracturing flow?back fluid has been treated accumulatively, and the recycling rate is 93.5%. The capacity of prepared friction?reducing water pressure fracturing fluid can meet the requirements of fracturing operation,realizing energy?saving and discharge?reduction and green development of shale gas.
