摘    要:采用O_3-H_2O_2工艺取代Fe/C-H2O2工艺对某农药厂废水进行预处理,对比研究了2种工艺对废水COD的处理效果,以及对后续生化处理的影响。结果表明,相比于Fe/C-H2O2工艺,O_3-H_2O_2预处理对废水COD具有更好的处理效果,经O_3-H_2O_2和Fe/C-H2O2预处理后,废水B/C分别为0.64和0.48。污泥镜检结果表明,废水经O_3-H_2O_2工艺处理后,后续生化处理好氧池丝状菌生长量降低,从而抑制了污泥膨胀的产生。

Abstract:The wastewater in a pesticide plant has been pretreated by O3-H2O2 process instead of Fe/C-H2O2 pro-cess. The treatment effects of the two kinds of processes on wastewater COD and their influences on the subsequent biochemical treatment have been compared and researched. The results show that O3-H2O2 pretreatment has better treatment effect on wastewater COD than Fe/C-H2O2 process. After pretreated by O3-H2O2 process and Fe/C-H2O2 process,the wastewater B/C are 0.64 and 0.48,respectively. The result of sludge SEM detection shows that after the wastewater has been treated by O3-H2O2 process,the increment of filamentous bacteria in the subsequent bio-chemical treatment aerobic pond is reduced,and the occurrance of sludge bulking can thus be inhibited.
