UV/O_3高级氧化工艺深度处理垃圾渗滤液的研究

摘    要:采用UV/O_3高级氧化组合工艺对垃圾渗滤液二级出水进行深度处理。研究反应时间、p H和臭氧进气流量等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件是p H=9、臭氧进气流量80 L/h、紫外光功率为10 W、反应时间120 min。在最佳工艺条件下,UV/O_3高级氧化组合工艺对垃圾渗滤液二级出水COD、氨氮、色度的去除率分别为80.61%、64.47%、91.70%,相比单独臭氧处理时,去除率分别提高了19.31%、17.77%、6.10%。

Abstract:The experimental research on the advanced treatment of landfill leachate secondary effluent by UV/O 3 ad-vanced oxidation combined process has been conducted. The influences of the factors,such as reaction time,pH and ozone intake air flow rate on the treatment effects have been investigated. The results show that the optimum technical conditions are as follows:pH is 9,ozone intake air flow rate 80 L/h,power of UV light 10 W and reaction time 120 min. Under the best technical conditions,the removing rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,and chroma of landfill leachate secondary effluent by UV/O3 combined advanced oxidation process are 80.61%,64.47%,91.70%, respectively. Compared with that of single ozone treatment process,the removing rates have been increased by 19.31%,17.77%,6.10%,respectively.
