摘    要:铁碳微电解作为一种高效率、普适性强、可提高难降解污染物可生化性等特点的低能耗、低成本废水预处理技术,应用前景广泛。阐述了铁碳微电解反应机理,综述了包括微电解pH、停留时间、曝气量、铁碳比、铁水比等工艺优化研究现状,对其超声耦合、Fenton耦合等改进技术和在焦化、染料、制药、石油和造纸废水中的应用情况进行了分析,并指出了铁碳微电解存在的易板结等方面问题及该技术在理论、与其他技术耦合联用等方面需重点研究的发展趋势。

Abstract:Iron-carbon micro-electrolysis as a kind of technology characterized by high efficiency,strong adjustability, low energy consumption and low costs can be applied to wastewater pretreatment to improve the biodegradability of pollutants which are very difficult to be degraded,having broad application prospects. The reaction mechanism of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis technology is expounded and its research status of technical optimization ,including micro-electrolysis pH,residence time,aeration rate,iron/carbon ratio,iron/water ratio,etc. are summarized. Its improved technologies in ultrasonic coupling,Fenton coupling ,etc. and their application to the treatment of coking, dyestuff,pharmaceutical,petroleum and paper making wastewater are analyzed. The problems that iron carbon micro-electrolysis gets hardened easily and the development trends of emphatic research on the coupling of the technology with other kinds of technologies,etc. are put forward.
