摘    要:首次提出流场形全固态(FFSS)电极的概念,设计并制备了FFSS丝网印刷电极,结合3D打印薄层流通池(TLFC),在流动状态下对邻菲啰啉-二价铁络合物进行循环伏安法(CV)扫描。结果表明,该体系对铁的测量灵敏度高、重现性好,线性范围为0.02~2.0 mg/L,检出限0.006 mg/L,比邻菲啰啉分光光度法更适用于水质的日常监测。该方法成功用于对循环冷却水中总铁的测定,加标回收率为97%~102%。

Abstract:The concept of flow field shaped solid (FFSS) electrode is put forward for the first time.The FFSS screenprinted electrode has been designed and prepared,combining with a 3D-printed thin-layer flow cell (TLFC).Under flow state,the Fe (phen)3] 2+ complex is scanned by cyclic voltammetry (CV).The results show that the developed system shows high measuring sensitivity and good reproducibility for iron.Its linear range is 0.02 to 2.0 mg/L and detection limit is 0.006 mg/L.Compared with Phenanthroline spectrophotometry,it is more suitable for daily monitoring of water quality.This method has successfully been used for the determination of the total iron in circulating cooling water.Its tagged recovery rate is in the range of 97% to 102%.
