摘    要:拉西瓦水电站位于青海省贵德县与贵南县交界的黄河干流上,上游紧接龙羊峡水电站,是黄河全流域规模最大的水电站.本文综合考虑各方面的影响因素,进行电力平衡分析,提出拉西瓦水电站的建议装机方案为,先安装6台700MW机组,随着时间的推移,可依据国民经济的发展和新电力平衡预测的出台,综合考虑国家对调峰电价的政策,确定进一步扩充机组的可行性。

Abstract:Sited on the mainstream of the Yellow river, immediately downstream of the Longyangxia hydropower plant, at the boundary between Guide and Guinan counties of Qinghai province, the Laxiwa hydropower project is the largest hydropower project across the Yellow river basin. Various influencing factors were envisaged and a power balance was carried out in this article to suggest a solution of installing six first stage units with a capacity of 700 MW each. Additional generating units can be further required along with the growth of national economy in China, as well as the establishment of new power balance and peak-regulating power price policies
