摘    要:氢致开裂(HIC)是一种工程中常见的零部件失效方式。本文针对工程常用材料42CrMo钢,就短时过载对氢致开裂行为的影响展开了研究,并就试验结果进行了理论阐述。

Abstract:The influence of overloading on HIC process of 42 CrMo steel / 1N H2SO4 systcm was stidicd by using a weight loaded testing machine, Experimental result showed that mostly overloading would make the fracture life of the specimen shorten. However, if the overloading was applied at the early stage of the service, the life time would be longer than that of un-overloadcd ones. The result was discussed according to the effect of loading history of hydrogen distribution.
