| Abstract: | In this paqer, a new technique is reported to apply computer to XPS (X-Ray Photoelectron Spcctroscopy), one kind of surface analysis spectroscopy, with a data collceting and data processing system. Eccause of the cenputer application,the analytic accuracy of various spectra has been greatly improved, with the resmelt that the XPS spectroscopy gairs more funetions. This ensures its more important role in scientific study. |
