| 摘 要： | 如何提高有线电视网络的管理水平，是当前有线电视行业研究的重点问题。因此，引入BOSS系统势在必行。基于此，针对有线电视网络中的客户管理需求进行了分析，并据此提出了在BOSS系统中实现统一客户管理功能的解决方案。
