| 摘 要： | 建筑工程造价方面出现失控情况,不仅制约着行业发展,而且扰乱了经济发展现状,建筑行业未来发展也会有所制约。必须重视建筑工程中对于造价失控现状分析,能够采用控制措施加以调控,加强建筑行业造价方面控制,以带动建筑工程行业发展。

| Abstract: | Industry characteristics of the construction industry, the construction cost out of control, not only restricts the development of the industry,but also disturbs the economic development will be restricted,the future development of the construction industry.So,must pay attention to the architectural engineering for analysis of the current situation of the cost control,to control the use of measures to control,strengthen the construction industry cost control,in order to promote the development of construction industry. Scientific regulation of construction project cost is the key to the development of construction industry. |
