| Abstract: | The tenderee is extremely worried about the malicious acceptance of bidding at lower price when the lowest price bidding method is used. Based on the author’s long-term working practices, the paper analyzes the reasons and the possible results of malicious acceptance of bidding at lower price, and concludes response measures. |
