摘    要:介绍主要杂质为碳酸盐、硅酸盐和倍半氧化物的钙硅质胶磷矿,采用不同选别工艺所需正反浮选药剂用量及所得精矿组成,并评述各种选别工艺优缺点。建议应根据磷复肥用矿质量标准确定选矿工艺流程,避免优矿低用,提高磷资源的利用率:

Abstract:The calcareous and siliceous collophanite with the major impurities including carbonate, silicate and sesquioxide, the different separation technology, direct-reverse flotation reagent dosage and concentrate composition are described. The advantages and disadvantages about the separation technology are discussed. The suggestions are presented of determining the mineral process according to the mine used quality standard about phosphate and compound fertilizer, avoiding high-quality mine from low-level fertilizer used, improving phosphorus resource utilization.
