| Abstract: | A theoretical analysis is made of the formation of copper nanoclusters in a growing amorphous carbon film. The calculated size distributions of the copper clusters are compared with the experimental data. A numerical estimate is made of various kinetic parameters of copper in amorphous carbon. Pis’ma Zh.
