基于灰关联方法的纯碱煅烧炉炉气浓度软测量模型

摘    要:纯碱煅烧炉炉气成分主要为二氧化碳,其浓度对纯碱生产的碳化工序非常重要。针对该固相反应生产系统大时滞的特点,运用灰关联分析方法对辅助变量进行处理,然后确定模型的输入变量及其时刻,最后通过两种方法建模并比较分析了拟合与泛化的效果。

Abstract:The carbon dioxide concentration of soda-ash roaster gas was important for the carbonization of the product of soda ash.A gray relation analysis algorithm was introduced to analyze the secondary variables to confirm which was the input variable of the soft sensing model.Finally the effects of the function fitting and generalization ability by the two ways was given.
