基于空化技术的管道清洗装置的研究

摘    要:管道清洗是清洗行业的难点之一,在对空化的清洗机理进行研究的基础上,主要本着将脉冲产生空化技术与自振空化喷嘴产生空化技术相结合,以达到较好的空化、剥蚀效果的思路,设计出了一套基于空化的管道清洗装置,并对该装置的结构、提高清洗效果的方法和优点等进行了详细的介绍。

Abstract:Cleaning of pipeline is one of the difficult point in cleaning industry. On the basis of conducting a study on cleaning mechanism of cavitation and mainly in line with train of thought for achieving better effect of cavitation and denudation by combining cavitation techniques produced by pulse and by self-vibrational cavitation nozzle, a set of pipeline cleaning device based on cavitation was designed, and a detailed instruction is made on the structure of this device and the method and advantage of enhancing the cleaning effect.
