| 摘 要： | 本文介绍我所与上海机床厂联合研制的ＹＫＡ７２３２型蜗杆砂轮磨齿机数控系统的软件和硬件的组成、特点和功能。该系统基于工业ＰＣ机进行锁相伺服、交直流伺服闭环控制，软件具有参数化自动编程等自动功能，操作方便。
