钢铁工业绿色能源系统研究

摘    要:基于能源领域煤气化多联产思想,提出了钢铁工业解决能源利用与污染排放问题的新思路。提出的钢铁企业多联产清洁能源系统模型,使未来钢铁企业在质优、价廉、清洁地生产钢铁产品的同时,可望成为高效、清洁的绿色能源系统。本文进一步提出了全生命周期的多联产系统工程的概念,并建立了可适应多联产系统工程研究的数字分析平台解决方案。

Abstract:Extending polygeneration strategy to the field of iron and steel technology in this paper,coal-gas byproduct polygeneration strategy in this field is proposed to improve energy efficiency and reduce pollutant emission.This paper also proposed a concept model of future super clean iron and steel polygeneration system,as a result,the sectors of the future are high-quality,low-cost iron and steel producers,and real clean and green energy systems as well.Based on the system engineering methodology,the roadmap of full life cycle polygeneration system engineering is established here to research and practice full-life-cycle behavior.Moreover,the digital research platform framework of polygeneration system for full life cycle is proposed and some related simulation work for the digital models has been done.
