摘 要: | 经检测分析认为,录井钢丝发生断裂的原因是:钢丝坯料在加热运行过程中,曾发生局部过热,使钢丝局部保留有网状铁素体组织和表面脱碳层,这种组织比正常索氐体组织的抗拉强度低得多。并使钢丝在软硬交错的交接部位产生应力集中,形成裂源,最终裂纹扩展而发生断裂。

Abstract: | In the light of metallographic examination the authorspoint out that the cause for logging wire breakdown is theferrite net in microstructure and decarbonized layer on thesurface in some sections of the wire resulted from local over-heat during the heattreatment of the wire blank. This mic-roscopic structure has a much-lowered tensile strength thannormal sorbite and leads to stress concentration and then in-cipient crack in the soft-hard interface. And crack extensionleads to breakdown of the wire. |
