| 摘 要： | 钻机绞车滚筒轴的传统设计方法带有盲目性和片面性,其结果不是偏于危险就是偏于保守。在叙述了机械强度可靠性设计的基本理论后,以ZJ-130钻机绞车滚筒轴为例,讨论了可靠性设计的一般步骤,得出了“将轮径适当减小是可行的”结论,并就可靠性设计方法的推广提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The general procedures in the reliability design of fatigue strength of drawworks drum shaft are depicted, whilepointing out the blindness and one sidedness of the tradi-tional design method. The authors also proposed some sug-gestions for widespread application of the reliability designmethod in petroleum machinery. |
