摘    要:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的微量铅的分析方法。用硝酸·盐酸-高氯酸体系进行土壤样品前处理,对试样分解、灰化及原子化温度进行选择,优化仪器工作参数及石墨炉升温程序。方法检出限为0.27μg/g,加标回收率为91.0%~96.1%,并利用国家标准物质验证了方法的准确度。

Abstract:Objective:A method was established to determine the micro-amount of lead in soil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods: The soil samples were pretreated with nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid pre-treatment system,by adding diammonium phosphate matrix modifier to eliminate interference,by optimizing equipment operating parameters and graphite furnace temperature program to explore the different acid-soluble systems,matrix modifier and the impact of coexisting elements.Results: The detection limit for lead was 0.27 μg/g and the recovery was 91.0%~96.1%.The accuracy of the method was verificated by national standards.Conclusion: The method is rapid,high sensitive,less interference,easy operated,etc,and can be applied to the soil for trace lead determination with satisfactory results.
