| 摘 要： | 对于原有的选用8086系统的测试设备，通过对模块的性能对比分析，结合PC／104模块的功能特点，进行了设备的升级设计．研究了设计实现方法，模块化改进后的设备，扩展了功能，提高了可靠性，经过测试满足了设计要求．

| Abstract: | Based on the module performance comparison and analysis,and with the functional characteristics of PC/104 module,the upgraded design of the test equipment with 8068 is implemented.The operational implementation technology is discussed. The performances and the reliability of the modularized equipment are enhanced,and can meet the system design requirements. |
