| 摘 要： | 和谐校园是和谐社会建设的有机组成部分,也是教育自身发展的需要。大学生健全人格的培养与和谐校园的构建具有紧密的相关性。现代教育应注重从加强大学生人格教育、提高大学生个人素养,整合优化育人环境、建设良好校风学风,教育学生学会悦纳自己、他人与现实社会,培养大学生团结协作精神、构建和谐的人际关系等方面培养大学生健全的人格,构建和谐校园。

| Abstract: | A harmonious campus is one of the organic components of a harmonious society,and one of the requirements of the development of education as well. The cultivation of university students' healthy personality and the construction of harmonious campus are indispensable to each other. Modern education should improve the education on student personality,enhance the student's personal accomplishment,readjust and optimize the education environment and establish good campus spirit. Students should learn how to accept themselves,others and the real society,how to form the spirit of cooperation and unity,how to build harmonious interpersonal relations. By these ways we can fulfill the purpose of cultivating healthy personality of students and constructing a harmonious campus. |
