凹槽调整光学精密机械的典型结构——偏头机构

摘    要:根据光学精密机械结构中经常碰到的空间无级调速的需求,综合考虑成本,调试效果及生产人员的操作便捷性等方面的问题,从原理上阐述了偏头凹槽调整机构的设计思路和概念,提出了从设计基准到加工,组装调试的零件设计方案.从典型案例上说明正确的思路,具体到产品,根据光学系统要求,空间,调整范围等不同因素,故设计也不完全相同,但只要思路正确,设计出的产品不但可以满足光学系统的要求,而且也会在提高生产效率,降低产品成本等方面提供良好的基础.

Abstract:Regarding to the spatial stepless adjusting demand in optics precision machinery structure,the overall evaluation cost,the debugging effect and production personnel’s operation convenient etc into account,by theory elaborated the decent slot adjusting mechanism design mentality and the concept,proposed in the components design from the design datum to the processing and the assembly debugging datum. Certainly,because of the article length limit,author only can explain the correct mentality by illustration. As to the certain product,because the optical system request,space,adjustment scope are different for different product,the designs cannot be completely same. But so long as the mentality is correct,then designs not only the product may satisfy the optical system request,but also from the components processing,the production efficiency various aspects all has the enhancement,for reduces the product cost,elongated the life span to provide the good foundation.
