大扫描范围光纤压电相位调制器设计

摘    要:光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪的光谱分辨率是由最大光程差决定的.设计了一种新型全光纤压电光纤拉伸器,实现了大扫描范围的全光纤压电相位调制,分析了设计中需要考虑的问题.用实验对自行研制的压电光纤拉伸器进行了测试,其光程扫描范围可以达到1.67 mm,增加绕接圈数可以进一步提高光程调制范围.这种光纤拉伸器可广泛用于干涉仪相位调制中.

Abstract:Spectral resolution of optical fiber Fourier transform spectrometer depends on maximum optical path difference(OPD).All fiber piezoelectronic phase modulation with large scan range has been realized by fiber stretcher.The main problems in design have been discussed and the performance of fiber stretcher has been tested by using fiber interferometer.The OPD can arrive at 1.67 mm and larger OPD can be improved by adding more loops on the fiber stretcher.
