热轧粗轧出口温差的分析与控制

粗轧出口温度的稳定控制对整个轧线的控制有很重要的意义,针对2050热轧粗轧出口温度存在的板间温差和同板温差以及粗轧温度测量问题进行了分析,给出了相应的解决对策,主要是通过前道工序的设备改进和工艺优化减少温差和通过精轧工序的模型优化减少温差的影响两个途径控制粗轧出口温差,并取得明显效果。
