| 摘 要： | 以济钢１９９８年外排废水水质监测数据为例，通过对主要污染因子随大中修变化曲线的分析，阐述了大中修对外排废水水质的影响，同时提出对大中修全过程跟踪监测、监理，参与分厂技术改造，共同改善环境的对策，以防止无组织排放，减少污染，提高外排废水水质。

| Abstract: | Taking the monitoring data draining off waste water quality as example,through analysis to variational curve of main contamination factors with major and medium repair, the effect of major and medium repair on the quality draining off waste water is discussed, at the same time,the countermeasures to shadow, monitor and supervise the overall process of major and medium repair, participate in the technical reform of breach of plant 1 and improve environment in concert are put forward , so as to prevent wanton drainage, decrease contamination and increase quality draining off waste water. |
