| 摘 要： | 城市照明设施设备的巡检管理工作是保障市民出行安全、维护城市形象的一项重要工作。本文针对传统巡检管理方法存在诸如"巡检效率低、巡检不到位,漏检错检严重、巡检结果时效性差"等问题,基于射频识别(RFID)、GIS、GPS、移动无线通讯等技术设计并研发了城市照明设施智能巡检管理系统。该系统不仅极大提高了巡检管理的效率与智能化程度,也解决了传统巡检方法存在的种种问题。

| Abstract: | The routing inspection and management of urban lighting facilities is an important work to ensure the safe-ty of citizens' travel and maintain the image of the city. At present,the existing method for the routing inspection and management of urban lighting facilities exists such problems as“low efficiency,high error ratio and poor timeliness”. In view of these problems,this paper designed and developed an intelligent routing inspection management system for urban lighting facilities based on RFID,GIS,GPS,mobile wireless communications technology. The application shows that this system not only greatly improves the efficiency and intelligence of the inspection management of urban lighting facilities, but also solves other problems in the traditional inspection method. |
