石化企业ＶＯＣｓ排放政策要求及控制策略

结合永嘉县住房和城乡规划建设局的规划信息化工作,研究以“数字永嘉”地理信息公共平台(公众版)为中心,应用LBS、ArcGIS for iOS,ArcGIS Server,WebService等技术框架,设计并开发了基于移动GIS的永嘉县政务用图辅助决策系统。在整合永嘉县各类政务资源的基础上,充分运用移动互联网技术、地理信息技术、云计算等技术、实现政务信息资源的全方位管理。为政府部门宏观决策、规划管理、移动办公、招商引资、应对突发事件等提供清晰、可靠、科学的基础地理信息依据。

Design and Implementation of Decision Making Support System for Government-Maps Based on Mobile GIS

With the development of mobile technology,“Internet plus” basis of technology and the development of information technology and application,mobile office has become a new trend in the industry. In this paper,the planning of Yongjia Housing urban and rural planning and Construction Bureau of information work,research in digital Yongjia ge-ographic information public platform (public version) as the center,LBS applications,ArcGIS for IOS,ArcGIS Server, WebService technology framework,design and development of the mobile GIS in Yongjia Government Based on map aided decision system,in the integration of Yongjia,all kinds of government information resources based on,make full use of mobile Internet technology,geographic information technology,cloud computing and other technology,to realize the full range of government information resources management. To provide clear,reliable and scientific basis for the leadership and government departments to provide clear,reliable and scientific basis for the macro decision,planning management, mobile office,attracting investment,and responding to emergencies.
