粉末冶金烧结技术制造物探钻头试验研究

摘    要:采用粉末冶金烧结技术对物探硬质合金钻头进行烧结试验,用数字式显微硬度计拍摄钻头内部切开面100倍显微照片,用全洛氏硬度计和数字式显微硬度计测量烧结钻头和机加工钻头硬度情况,在动载磨料磨损试验机上完成硬质合金齿烧结前后的磨损对比试验。结果表明,烧结后碳化钨烧结体组织致密,结合良好。碳化钨烧结体和硬质合金齿及钢体间的结合紧密,结合强度高。碳化钨烧结体硬度有一定的提高,达到43.97HRC,而且其硬度组合有利于提高钻头本体的耐磨性。高温烧结对硬质合金齿硬度影响极小,硬度反而提高了约1.5HRC。烧结后的硬质合金齿耐磨能力也有较大提高。

Abstract:Powder metallurgy sintering technology was adopted to carry out sintering test of carbide drill bit for geophysical prospecting.The 100 times photograph of the micro-incision section in the bit was taken by digital microhardness tester.Then the hardness of the sintered and machined drill was measured by Rockwell hardness tester and digital microhardness tester.Finally the wear resistance of the carbide tooth was investigated before and after sintering by dynamic load abrasive wear testing machine.The result...
