铁屑法处理活性紫废水动力学模型

摘    要:本文研究了铁屑法处理活性紫染料(K-3R)废水的脱色过程和铁屑溶解过程动力学模型,脱色反应为一级反应,铁屑溶解符合零级反应,并讨论了固-液比、温度、pH值,铁屑粒径,活化时间,运行时间诸因素对反应动力学常数的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,the decolouring kinetic models of C.I.violet 2 treated by iron chip were set up.The decolouring reaction was first order,and the dissolving of iron was zero order.The factorsof solid-liquid ratio,temperature,pH value,diameter range of iron chip,the reaction time ofacid and the operating time had big influences on reaction rate,and it was quantitatively disscussed.
