| 摘 要： | 软交换技术的出现一方面造就了网络的融合，另一方面软交换采用了开放式应用程序接口（API），方便了第三方应用的开发和新业务和引进。论文主要从软交换提出的必然性、软交换的概念和主要功能、基于软交换的增强型业务框架以及其各层间的协议等方面对软交换技术进行了论述，并对软交换技术在电力通信网中的应用前景作了介绍。

| Abstract: | The appearance of softswitch technology promotes the combination of NGN(Next Generation Network) and current network. It uses open API(Application Program Interface),so it is propitious to the introduction of new services. In this paper, softswitch is introduced from several aspects such as the inevitability of softswitch's putting forword,concept,main funtions and protocols among layers,etc.Addtionally,application prospect of softswitch in power communication network is covered too. |
