烧结压力对湿式铜基烧结摩擦材料性能的影响

摘    要:研究了烧结压力对湿式铜基烧结摩擦材料性能的影响,探讨了这些影响的作用机理。研究结果表明:在一定范围内,随烧结压力增大,材料的硬度增大,能量负荷许用值增大,磨损大幅度下降,平均动摩擦因数(μ_d)则略有降低。

Abstract:Effect of sintering pressure on behaviours of copper-base wet frictional materials was studied in this paper. The research results showed that hardness and allowing volume of energy load of this kind of materials are increased with the raising of sintering pressure, and wear volume is decreased rapidly. At the same time, the average friction factor is decreased slightly.
