铝阳极氧化膜多色彩电解着色工艺

摘    要:简述了多色彩电解着色工艺的发展和特点,介绍了2种达到多色化显色的方法:阳极氧化膜底部扩孔处理和调整阳极氧化膜阻挡层。给出了扩孔处理过程中阳极氧化膜横断面的显微结构变化示意图,并给出了“阻挡层调整”实现多色化的工艺参数。描述了多色化阳极氧化膜的性能,并对比了电泳涂漆前后多色彩电解着色样品的颜色。

Abstract:The development and characteristic of multi-coloring technique were described. Two methods to obtain the multicoloring were introduced: reaming on the bottom of anodic oxidation film and blocking layer adjusting of anodic oxidation film. The sketch map of change on microstructure of anodic oxidation film during the reaming process and the process parameters for obtaining the multi-coloring by blocking layer adjusting were presented. The performance of the multi-color anodic oxidation film was described, and a comparison between the colors of multi-coloring samples before and after electrophoresis coating was given.
