校企双向驱动的地方院校设计人才培养模式

摘    要:当前产业转型升级的大环境下,企业对于设计人才提出了新的要求,地方院校应与地方产业积极开展产学研合作,找到一条能够平衡各方利益、合作共赢的发展之路。基于产学研平台合作的“校企双向驱动”的设计人才培养模式。在高校教学团队与企业研发团队、项目教学与项目研发、培养模式与市场需求之间能够建立双向互动关系,井且能够整合高校的教学资源、创新资源和企业的生产资源、市场资源。最终实现多方共赢。

Abstract:Under the circumstances of the current industrial transformation and upgrading, the enterprise puts forward new requirements for design talents. It means local universities should work with local industry, actively develop research cooperation, which can find a way to balance the interests of all parties and achieve win-win development. The "school-enterprise bidirectional driven" design training mode based on cooperation and research platform, can build bidirectional interactive relationships between the teaching teams and the enterprise R&D teams, the project teaching and research development, and training mode and market needs. At the same time, through integrating college education and innovation resources, and manufacturing and marketing resources of the enterprise, we will achieve win-win finally.
