涡旋压缩机型线研究的概述

摘    要:介绍了涡旋压缩机常用型线、修正型线和组合型线的类型、特点和型线的选型、评判准则。总结了近年来提出的通用型线的理论,揭示了其基本内容、实质和研究价值,对现有通用型线理论若干结论的更正和扩展,不但更正了现有理论的错误,而且丰富和完善了现有理论。对通用型线理论的量纲处理,有利于减少参数的影响,便于各设计方案的对比,基于特征的型线的选型与评价,便于采用模式识别的方法进行型线评价。提出了型线评价指标——型线的误差灵敏度,指明了啮合间隙与型线方程存在一定关系。最后介绍了型线逼近和尺度变换的方法,为采用高次多项式逼近型线方程和在不同阶次的尺度空间分析型线提供了可能。

Abstract:The type,character,selection and appraise criterion about common,corrective and hybrid profile of scroll compressor are introduced. Some theories of the common profile are summarized and the content,the substance and studying value are brought to light.Some theories of the general profile ar e corrected and extended.It is not only correct some mistakes of old theory abou t the general profile,but also perfect the theories.The dimensionless of the the ory of the general profile has contribute to decrease the affect of the dimensio n parameters and will be easy to made the contract with different designing prog rammers.It has contribute to select the profile type using the pattern detected method.A new index to appraise the profile-error senitiveness of the profile is bring forward.It shows some relationship between the mesh clearance and the p rofile equation.Lastly,The scale transform and approaching methods of the profil e are introduced.The method made it possibility to approach the scroll profile b y high order polynomial and study the profile in different scale dimension.
