摘    要:指出随着列车的提速 ,机车整体车轮踏面极易产生裂纹源 ,并向内部发展 ,轻者造成踏面剥离掉块 ,重者造成崩裂。同时 ,机车车轮的制造质量问题也是产生上述故障的重要原因之一。它们都会影响机车运行的安全。介绍了机车整体车轮超声波探伤的关键要素及试验情况

Abstract:With the train speeding up, locomotive solid wheel tread is apt to produce crack source. This kind of crack source develops towards inner with the result that the tread is shelled generally or even broken up occasionally. It is pointed out that the manufacture quality is also the key issue resulting in the problems above. These problems all influence operation safety of locomotive. The key points and test result of the application of ultrasonic examination to locomotive solid wheel are described.
