摘    要:介绍了不同链结构聚乙烯和聚丙烯共混物的性能和形态,通过对不同分子量分布的聚乙烯与均聚聚丙烯(HPP)和共聚聚丙烯(CPP)共混物各种性能的考察发现,分子量分布宽、支链长和分布窄支链短的聚乙烯同共聚聚丙烯的共混物所表现出来的行为是完全不同的,研究发现三元共混体系呈现有趣的增强效应。

Abstract:In this paper, the investigation of the mechanical behavior of blending system of polyolefine with different chain structure was introduced. The study found that the blend from copolypropylene and LDPE, which has narrow molecular weight distribution and short side chain, resulted in a decrease of tensile and blending strength. The elongation had no break for the blends with the concentration of LDPE lower than 30% and it went down gradually after that. The charpy impact strength shown the trendency that increased with the concentration of LDPE, and then reached its maximum value at the content of 30%, and finally decreased with the increase of LDPE. It expressed the same situation for the tensile and bending stength of the blends of copolyppylene and LDPE with wide molecular weight distribution and long side chain. However, the elongation at break for later increased with the content of LDPE and then decreased after its peak value of the blend with 30% LDPE. The charpy impact strength shown constantly increase for blends studied. It could be due to the fact that long side chain could entangled not only with the ethylene portion of CPP, but also with the amorphous domain of HPP. It was very interested that the add of home polypropylene spoiled the interaction between CPP and LDPE of former blends, and enhanced the interaction of the components of later blends. Therefore later got better mechanical behavior than that of former.
