摘    要:提出一种分级注射参数优化设计方法,采用Moldflow模拟制品的喷嘴压力曲线,根据喷嘴压力曲线的斜率变化率识别注射分级点,结合喷嘴压力曲线的斜率和螺杆注射位置,建立一个分级注射参数优化模型。算例表明,所提出的工艺优化模型及其求解算法是可靠有效的。

Abstract:An optimum design of multi-level injection molding parameter was presented,in which Moldflow was used to simulate the nozzle pressure curves of the product,and the multi-level point of the cavity was deter- mined during the slope of the nozzle pressure curve.According to the nozzle changes in the slope of the pressure curve and the screw's position respect to each point,a simplified math model was formulated,from which the in- jection parameters were obtained.The results showed the optimum model and its algorithm were reliable and effec- tive.
