| Abstract: | The combination among production,study and research is beneficial to the mutualcombination,infiltraction, interdependency and interaction, between science-technology andeconomy. It is an effective means to motivate scientific research results for conversion intoproductivity. This paper expounds the realization for the combination among the three factors from their combination form and from three sides of development which depends on thegovernment to advance during their combination. |
