摘    要:研究了基于粗糙集的质量功能展开中顾客需求的排序问题.针对质量功能展开的顾客调查中需求不确定、不完备、不分明和模糊等非结构性特质,利用粗糙集中不完备信息系统的有关方法,提出了产品规划质量屋中顾客需求的确定方法.利用粗糙集中完备信息系统的多属性决策方法,确定了产品规划质量屋中上述顾客需求的基本重要度.基于卡诺模型的分析,提出了实现顾客需求竞争位次改进增量的重要性计算公式,进而确定了基本重要度的修正因子.基于顾客需求的基本重要度与其修正因子的合成,确定了顾客需求的最终重要度.最后,通过实例说明了所提方法的应用.

Abstract:Sorting algorithm of the customer requirements in Quality Function Deployment(QFD) based on rough set theory was studied.To deal with non-structural characteristics in the customer investigations of QFD such as uncertain,incomplete,unclear and fuzzy,based on some related methods of incomplete information system in rough set theory,a method to determine the customer requirements in the product planning House of Quality(HoQ) was presented.Applying some related methods of multi-attribute decision analysis in rough set theory,a method to determine the fundamental importance ratings of the customer requirements in the product planning HoQ was proposed.Based on the Kano model analysis,a formula to calculate the importance rating of achieving the improvement increment of competitive seating arrangement was presented,and then the correct factors of the fundamental importance ratings were determined.Based on a combination of the fundamental importance ratings of the customer requirements and their correct factors,the final importance ratings of the customer requirements were determined.A case study was provided to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
