徐州、连云港高职高专学生体质健康抽样调查

随着素质教育的全面推进、终身体育理念的普及以及《全民健身计划纲要》的全面实施,“健康第一”的思想在学校逐步落实,大学生体质健康问题也越来越受到重视。本文通过文献资料、调查问卷等方法针对高职高专学生体质健康情况KAB抽样调查分析,认为高职高专学生对体质健康知识的了解程度普遍偏低,高职高专学生从有系统的途径获取体质健康知识的情况不理想,体质健康行为态度的调查上看也不够积极。

A KAB Investigation of the Constitution and Health Problems of College Students in Xuzhou and Lianyungang

With the advancement of quality education,the popularization of whole-life exercise,the implementation of the Body Building Program for the Whole Nation,and the rooting of the notion of "health first" in colleges,the constitution and health problems of college students are attracting more and more attention.Through a KAB investigation by studying literature,and carrying out questionnaire survey,this paper reaches the conclusion that students in ordinary and vocational colleges generally have a rather small knowledge about constitution and health,that their systematic access to these knowledge not very promising,and that their attitude towards healthy behavior on constitution an health not active.
