| 摘 要： | 分别于2002年7、10月以及2004年4月在上海地区对200户居民住宅进行了问卷调查，就住宅建筑特征、空调设备、家庭经济状况等因素对住宅能源消费的影响进行了分析，并讨论了住宅能源消费结构。调查结果表明，上海城市住宅能源消费水平约为8．6GJ／a，仅为发达国家的1／10左右；能源消费结构则以炊事用能为主，占43．8％，其它为家电、洗浴、制冷之用。 |

| Abstract: | The investigation of residential energy consumption was conducted in July and Oct.2003 and Apr.2004 for 200 apartments located in Shanghai.It revealed the action of the building characteristic,air conditioning equipment,family condition and so on for the residential energy consumption.The results demonstrate that residential energy consumption in Shanghai added up to 8.6 GJ/a and was much less than that in the advanced countries.Almost 50% of residential energy consumption was used for cooking. |
