摘    要:沿海电厂取水构筑物随运行时间的推移,其表面糙率往往因为海生生物的附着而发生变化。由于构筑物结构复杂以及现有规程、规范均未考虑构筑物表面糙率变化对其局部水头损失系数可能带来的影响,使得构筑物局部水头损失难以准确计算,因此通过相应物理模型试验手段模拟研究管道糙率变化对局部水头损失的影响十分必要。本项试验通过人工加糙的方法来模拟原型中3种不同糙率情况下电厂取水构筑物局部水头损失的变化情况。试验结果表明:糙率变化对构筑物局部水头损失系数的影响明显,需在工程设计中予以关注。

Abstract:The surface of plant structure is attached by marine life bodies,so surface roughness changes.Due to the complex structure and the surface roughness are not considered by the existing design specification,local loss coefficient is so hard to accurately calculate.It is necessary to study the influence by means of physical model experiment.After choosing corresponding particle sizes,we can rough the model tube by pasting them to the pipe.Through increasing Reynolds number(Re),finally reach the completely roug...
