满足烟幕透过率测量的红外辐射源设计

摘    要:经过理论分析计算,估算出了满足烟幕透过率测量要求的红外辐射源辐射特性,依此,对国内生产的各种红外辐射器件进行了调研分析以及试验测量,最终选择远红外陶瓷发热片为红外辐射源的辐射器件。提出了红外辐射源的结构设计方案,并作了验证试验。进行了烟幕透过率测量仿真计算,分析了辐射源的波动对烟幕透过率测量精度的影响。

Abstract:According to the requirement on the measurement of smoke screen permeability, the radiation characteristic of infrared radiant source is calculated. Based on this, we investigated the internal infrared radiant source, theoretically analyzed, and measured in test. Finally, we decided to choose far-infrared ceramic heater as radiant source. At last, we provided the design scheme about the structure of radiant source, tested for design validation, calculated with emulation mode on smoke screen permeability, and analyzed the influences of the fluctuation of radiant source on its measuring precision.
